Account

Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Zuluu account, voice clone, and all your data at any time. Here's how.

In the app (recommended)

  1. Open the Zuluu app and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Account.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

You'll see a confirmation. Your account enters a 7-day grace period (see below).

By email

Email zuluuapp@gmail.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We'll process your request within 7 days and send a confirmation when it's complete.

Request deletion by email

What gets deleted

  • Your account, profile, and all settings.
  • Your voice clone (also removed from our voice provider, ElevenLabs).
  • All voice samples you recorded.
  • All affirmation audio generated in your voice.
  • Your listening history, streaks, and stats.

7-day grace period

After you submit a deletion request, we keep your data for 7 days so you can change your mind. During this period you can sign back in to cancel the deletion. After 7 days, your data is permanently deleted from our active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.

What we may keep

For legal and accounting reasons we may retain limited records (such as billing transactions or fraud-prevention logs) for as long as required by law. These records do not include your voice samples or generated audio.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription billed by Apple or Google. To cancel a subscription, manage it in your device's subscription settings.
